parengtumo testas statusas T sritis Kūno kultūra ir sportas apibrėžtis Standartizuotas fizinis pratimas arba tokių pratimų derinys sportininko atsigavimo po traumos (ligos), gebėjimo treniruotis, įveikti specifinius krūvius laipsniui nustatyti ir įvertinti. Šiais testais nustatomos pagrindinės fizinės ypatybės: greitumas, jėga, ištvermė, lankstumas. Taikydamas parengtumo testas, testuotojas privalo žinoti testuojamojo patirtas traumas, persirgtą ligą, taikomą gydymą, kad būtų kuo mažesnė rizika pažeisti sportininko sveikatą. atitikmenys: angl. fitness test vok.
